De Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is een expressie van de beste druiven en de beste wijngaarden. De wijngaarden voor deze wijnen werden specifiek gekozen voor hun unieke en perfecte Cabernet Sauvignon terroir. Na fermentatie en maceratie werd de wijn gerijpt in 76 % nieuwe Franse eiken vaten voor 24 maanden.
 
Het resultaat is een klassieke Cabernet met aroma's van zwarte bessen, kersen, cassis en subtiele tonen van hout, met een rijke, fluweelachtige smaak en een complexe afdronk. Deze wijn belooft uitstekend te rijpen en wordt beschouwd als een waardevolle investering. Dit wordt beschouwd als een van hun beste jaargangen tot nu toe.
